Theresa Norris runs her own coaching company called norriscoaching.com, successfully  working together with clients internationally. Being an internationally Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a member of the International Coach Federation and having extended coaching experience, Theresa fully believes that people can own their own direction and empowerment. Her extended international career eventually took her to Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where she successfully ran her own business for 13 years. Theresa stepped into the field of coaching in order to offer her clients the full experience of being who they can be.

Theresa’s heritage is that of  the Cree First Nation of northern Alberta, Canada. Her culture has influenced Theresa’s approach to her life as well as her global view; she values a uniquely genuine approach towards individual’s sensitivity and creativity using a natural and balanced attitude in co-active coaching.

Before starting her own coaching business, Theresa has worked in the styling and fashion industry for more than 25 years, working together with well-known international stylists in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Los Angeles, London and Amsterdam.
